art can rescue the world

art studio | arts based mental wellness

Welcome! I am thrilled that you're here to embark on a transformative journey.

I'm Ania Telfer, and I am dedicated to combining the latest advances in neuroscience with a unique blend of narrative, somatic, mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and person-centered expressive art therapy approaches.

In my practice, I believe in the power of art and healing to ignite joy and wonder in your life. We all crave a rekindling of inspiration to rediscover our purpose and find meaning. Through my carefully curated art experiences, I will guide you on a path to unlock the profound beauty within yourself and your surroundings, enabling you to forge a deeper connection with your heart's true calling. Together, we'll explore the transformative potential of art, while integrating evidence-based techniques grounded in neuroscience. Let's embark on this journey of self-discovery and fulfillment together!

I have a Graduate Certificate in Spiritually Focused Expressive Arts from St. Stephen's College in Alberta and I am currently completing a Masters of Counselling degree from City University, Seattle on my path to become a Registered Psychologist.

I am supervised by Yona McGinnis, Registered Art Therapist.

In addition to offering arts based mental wellness services, I am also a professional artist.
